These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dehaati Restaurant website at dehaatiusa.net and our online waitlist service (“Service”) operated by Dehaati Restaurant (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

1. Website Use

You may use dehaatiusa.net for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content without our written permission
• Use the site in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems

We reserve the right to suspend access for users who violate these Terms.

2. Waitlist Service

Our online waitlist lets you join a virtual queue for seating at Dehaati Restaurant. When you join, you receive a queue position and an estimated wait time. You may optionally consent to receive SMS notifications about your waitlist status.

• Waitlist entries expire and are removed 3 hours after joining.
• When your table is ready, you must arrive at the host stand within 10 minutes of notification or your entry may be removed.
• You may cancel your entry at any time from the waitlist page.
• We reserve the right to remove any entry at our discretion (e.g., no-show, disruptive behavior).

3. No Guarantee of Seating or Wait Time

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a reservation or a table. Estimated wait times are approximate and may vary due to table availability, party sizes, unexpected demand, and other factors outside our control. Actual wait times may be shorter or longer than estimated. We are not liable for inconvenience caused by changes in wait time or inability to seat your party.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

You may optionally consent to receive SMS waitlist notifications by selecting the separate SMS consent checkbox on the waitlist page. Providing a phone number or joining the waitlist does not by itself constitute consent to receive SMS messages. SMS consent is not required to join or use the waitlist. Customers who opt in may receive SMS messages about their waitlist status, including:

• Confirmation of joining the waitlist
• A heads-up that your table will be ready soon
• Notification that your table is ready

Message frequency: Typically 1–3 messages per visit. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

To opt out: reply STOP to any message. For help: reply HELP or contact us at the information in Section 9. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Opting out means you will not receive SMS notifications; you are responsible for checking your status on the waitlist page.

We will not use your waitlist phone number to send promotional or marketing messages.

5. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. The Service is intended for use within the United States.

6. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate information, including your name and your actual party size. If you choose to provide a mobile phone number, it must be a number you own or are authorized to use. If you opt in to SMS, providing a phone number you do not own is a violation of these Terms and may result in removal from the waitlist.

7. Menu, Prices, and Hours

Menu items, prices, and restaurant hours shown on this website are provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information current, but we do not guarantee its accuracy at all times. Please contact us or check in person for the most current information.

8. Third-Party Ordering, Delivery, and Payment Services

Our website may link to or reference third-party ordering, delivery, or payment platforms (such as DoorDash, Grubhub, Uber Eats, or others). These third-party services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of those platforms, including their fees, data handling, order fulfillment, or any disputes arising from transactions made through them.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dehaati Restaurant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or waitlist service, including but not limited to: failed SMS delivery due to carrier issues, inaccurate wait time estimates, service interruptions, or inability to be seated.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
