Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the waitlist service ("Service") provided by Dehaati Restaurant ("we," "us," or "our") at dehaatiusa.net/waitlist. By joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Waitlist Service

Our Service allows you to join a virtual waitlist for seating at Dehaati Restaurant. When you join, you receive:

• A queue position and estimated wait time.
• SMS text message notifications about your waitlist status.
• The ability to cancel your waitlist entry at any time.

The Service is provided as a convenience. Estimated wait times are approximate and may vary based on table availability, party sizes, and other factors outside our control.

2. SMS Consent and Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and joining the waitlist, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Dehaati Restaurant regarding your waitlist status. These messages may include:

• Confirmation that you have joined the waitlist.
• A heads-up that your table will be ready soon.
• Notification that your table is ready.

Message frequency: Typically 1–3 messages per visit. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation after opting out. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at info@dehaatiusa.net. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out of SMS means you will not receive table-ready notifications via text. You are still responsible for checking your queue status on the waitlist page.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. The Service is intended for use within the United States.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate information when joining the waitlist, including your name, a valid mobile phone number that you own or are authorized to use, and your party size. Providing false information or a phone number you do not own is a violation of these Terms.

5. Waitlist Expiration and Cancellation

• Waitlist entries automatically expire and are removed after 3 hours from the time of joining.
• When your table is ready, you must arrive at the host stand within 10 minutes of the table-ready notification or your entry may be removed.
• You may cancel your waitlist entry at any time using the waitlist page.
• We reserve the right to remove any entry at our discretion (for example, in the case of a no-show or disruptive behavior).

6. No Guarantee of Seating

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a reservation or a table. The Service provides an estimated wait time based on current queue length. Actual wait times may be shorter or longer. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by changes in wait time or inability to seat your party.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dehaati Restaurant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to failed SMS delivery due to carrier issues, inaccurate wait time estimates, or service interruptions.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
